The Grand Deluxe Room with Balcony was amazing! Super spacious and beautifully decorated. The big comfy bed felt like heaven after traveling. The climate control worked perfectly, keeping the room just right. Plus, the view from the balcony was stunning. They even surprised us with a personalized balloon decoration, which was a nice touch. I can't say enough about how nice it was to finally have some soft bedding. Everything about the room just made our stay super cozy. Really felt like a luxury getaway!

I was thrilled to find Central Park just a short walk away and the beautiful Ethno-memorial complex Map of Kazakhstan Atameken nearby, making it so easy for me to enjoy leisurely walks and discover local culture during my stay. the staff were incredibly attentive, providing some of the best personal service I've experienced while traveling solo, and they really made me feel welcome in every interaction.

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend vacation in Nur-Sultan with fantastic value. The staff at the restaurant made breakfast the fun part of my mornings. I recommend trying the local dishes at breakfast.
